For any future orders, please take note of my new Refund Policies on Etsy.
In light of recent issues, I’ve had to re-write my policies to be more clear on what qualifies for an order cancellation and refund. I’ve had a few people request for their orders to be cancelled because they didn’t realize or take note of the estimated ship dates/processing times for their orders and wanted it sooner. In these last couple of cases, I have been kind enough to fulfill these requests because of the Christmas season but I cannot keep doing so. As per Etsy’s seller protection, I am not obligated to issue refunds or cancel orders for this reason.
So, for all future purchases from me, please take note of the “Ready to Ship” dates before purchasing the item. You can find this date in the “Shipping & Policies” tab within the listing. Just like eBay, if you agree to purchase the item and then realize you need the item before the Ready to Ship date, I am not obligated to cancel your order or issue a refund. You contractually agreed to the Ready to Ship date when you purchased the item.
For the most part, I am willing to figure something out to make sure both of us are happy with the outcome, but I cannot keep issuing refunds because of this.

So, sadly I’m going to have to close my shop again temporarily due to the overwhelming amount of orders I have again.
Hopefully I’ll get it re-opened before the new year but I really have no set date for when it will be re-opened.
When I re-open I will probably have to have the stock set low as not to get overwhelmed with orders again. I’m working all my waking hours everyday to get orders out and my hands are really getting tired and are sore most of the time.I have someone else helping me get them done who I also have to pay for her help which has left me with not much for myself (this is pretty much my full time job…) so I may have to raise prices for scarves. Not too much though.
I hope you all can understand and will sit tight for me to get my shop re-opened.
I have to regretfully announce that any orders placed from now on (Dec 1st) will most likely not arrive in time for Christmas. This is not to say if you have already placed an order that you will most definitely be receiving your order in time for Christmas. It still stands that I cannot gaurantee any orders being recieved by Christmas.
I am super sorry to anyone who was hoping to still place an order for a Christmas gift. I hope you can understand.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be doing a Black Friday sale through the weekend to Cyber Monday with limited stock. That means I will restock everything in my shop to limited stock (eg. only 3 of every Sailor Scout scarf, only 5 hats etc).
Please note that these orders may take awhile to get out as I have quite a few orders on my plate right now.
